Will there be a warranty on my purchase?
Yes, as long as we are in business there is a 2 year warranty on select products. Including the Arctic and Expedition cases.
This will be noted in the description of the product towards the bottom.
Do I need to pay anything to get a replacement?
We will replace it 100% free of charge!
How do I request a replacement for my product?
Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, please include pictures of the damaged product.
There is no device warranty, under any circumstances, the customer is fully responsible for their devices.
